Sex Workers Outreach Project (SWOP) – Las Vegas

Welcome to Sex Workers Outreach Project (SWOP)-Las Vegas. SWOP-Las Vegas is the “Sin City”-based chapter of SWOP-USA which focuses on improving the lives of current and former sex industry workers by promoting safety, dignity and diversity in sex work and fostering an environment that affirms individual choices, occupational rights and self-esteem.

SWOP-Las Vegas is a local grassroots organization led by current and former sex workers. It operates as a 501(c)3 nonprofit under the national network, SWOP-USA. SWOP, at its most basic, is an anti-violence campaign.

Mission Statement:

“Sex Workers Outreach Project-USA is a national social justice network dedicated to the fundamental human rights of sex workers and their communities, focusing on ending violence and stigma through education and advocacy.

Sex work is real work.

Being an erotic service provider can be lonely, alienating work, especially due to the widespread social stigma and discrimination around mixing sex and money. We have monthly get-togethers, at which you can meet your fellow workers and forge community and friendship. We organize educational and advocacy events opened to the broader community to build relationships and an understanding that sex work is work, and sex workers are regular people. We also offer a variety of workshops on topics of interest such as financial planning, lobbying, skills-building, personal healthcare, and marketing. Finally, we engage in outreach to promote harm reduction, especially among the most marginalized communities.

Sex workers are part of the community.

We at SWOP Las Vegas look forward to hearing from you with your questions or comments. Please email us at and we will respond accordingly.

Much love! xo
